Arsenal eventually beat Stoke 3 – 0 with goals that came after the 74th minute.Up until then Stoke were doing a pretty heroic job of trying to get as far away from the relegation zone as possible.The defeat puts them second from the bottom – with the story all but over unless lady luck shines on them before the fat lady breaks into song.
It was Aubameyang who had the luck in this game.The ref awarded him a penalty that led to the first goal of the game.Replays showed that he got it wrong.
And Arsenal rode their luck after that to score two more.
