Blatter,currently lurking in the shadows somewhere,briefly emerged from his lair to predict that Nigeria would be the team that would surprise everyone at Russia 2018.
Brazil, France, Germany and Spain would be the other teams that would emerge front runners according to him.
And he has kept himself busy while lurking in the shadows by writing a book called My Verite (My Truth) – in which he apparently blames everyone else except himself for all that went wrong in the FIFA.
