The most,it turned out,for any player in a World Cup since Alan Shearer was fouled 11 times against Tunisia in 1998 and the most fouls a Brazilian player has received since the 1966 World Cup.
So he hobbled off at the end of the game and hopefully he will be okay for the rest of the games.
Yet,at the end of what ended up as a 1-1 draw,the Swiss felt that the ref favoured Brazil.
