After doing a tour of 50 countries all around the world the World Cup Trophy arrived in the Russian capital on Tuesday, after also completing a tour that also saw it travel across 24 Russian cities from Kaliningrad, the country’s most westerly city, to Vladivostok in Russia’s Far East, as well as each of the 11 Russia 2018 host cities.
Apart from the cup the Iranian team also arrived in Russia – nine days ahead of schedule and the first country (apart from Russia) to get their boots on the ground.
