Newcastle,after being taken over Saudi Public Investment Fund in 2021,have done the improvement in leaps and bounds thing. They reached their first cup final in 24 years,and the fourth place finish last season saw them qualifying for the Champion’s League for the first time in 20 years .

All these notable feats have been converted to a four part Amazon Prime docu – series imaginatively titled “We are Newcastle United”

The entire journey of their 2022-2023 season will be narrated by club legend Alan Shearer.

The series will air in four parts, starting Friday, August 11 and through September 1.
