For the second time in four months, Manchester City saw a decisive stoppage-time goal against Spurs snatched away by VAR, leaving them with a disappointing 2-2 draw rather than well deserved a 3-2 victory.
In april Raheem Sterling was prevented by a VAR ruling from being credited with a goal which would have taken Manchester City to the Champions League semi-finals. This time it was Gabriel Jesus who was denied the chance to score what everyone thought was a last gasp winner.
