On this day in 1938 Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster intoduced Superman to the world. Patrik Schick celebrated the anniversary of the release of the first Superman comic to the world by scoring this super goal for the Czech Republic against Scotland.
The goal – struck from close to the halfway line – is the longest goal ever scored in the Euro Competitions.
