Designed to transform from a shield-like plate into an orbital form, it features a world map, astronomical references, and the names of all 211 FIFA member associations, along with inclusive engravings in 13 languages and Braille. Inspired by the Voyager Golden Records and maps of discovery, the trophy captures football’s global reach, history, and future, with space to engrave 24 future champions. FIFA calls it “innovative, inclusive, and truly global”a trophy not just to lift, but to represent the world.
