In his first rodeo, Mourinho laid the foundation of one of the greatest Madrid teams ever.The Los Blancos became the first team to win the La Liga by accumulating 100 points. The dream of lifting the UCL with the whites unfortunately didn’t come true. But now…there’s another chance.
However he is also a well known practitioner of the dark side of the force and if given a bus,will park it. If all the referees,turkish football officials and linesmen he has picked a fight with could be laid end to end it would possibly make a line stretching to the moon and back.
It has been said that if Mourinho was the last person left on earth he would be able to pick a fight with himself !
That side of his personality,which was kept under wraps for a while,has emerged again at this press conference held after Real Madrid lost 2-1 to Atletico Madrid a day or so ago. The referees got it in the neck – again !
Mourinho managerial prowess is never to be underestimated though. He won a glorious treble with Inter in 2010. But more importantly, he somehow won a historic UCL with Porto.But now he’s up against an old nemesis – Diego Simeone
