Where is Morocco ?

The tournament has 24 teams split into six groups; the top two from each group and the best third-placed teams will advance to the round of 16.

Mascot .. A lion named Assad. (Inspired by the Atlas lion, one of Morocco’s most iconic national symbols, Assad represents strength, pride, and cultural authenticity. His name means “lion” in Arabic.)

Some updates…
Morocco, the host nation, opened with a solid 2–0 win over Comoros. However, their record winning streak (19 games) came to an end when they were held to a 1–1 draw by Mali in Group A, leaving their qualification spot not yet mathematically secure. Egypt ( think Mohammed Salah) beat South Africa 1–0, securing one of the first places in the knockout rounds and showcasing strong form in Group B.
Angola and Zimbabwe played out a 1–1 draw, with both teams taking a point in Group B.Senegal opened with a convincing 3–0 victory over Botswana, and Algeria registered a 3–0 win against Sudan, boosted by performances from star players.
